About

THE SCHOOL OF BLOOM is a floral design school with classes for adults to both educate and empower others to confidently love floral design, themselves, and to create connections with nature on a deeper level.

Sharla Flock of Sharla Flock Designs in San Francisco is deeply passionate about flowers and with over 20+ years of experience in the floral industry, she bring her first-hand knowledge and expertise to the table with love and enthusiasm for her craft.

Our classes are rooted in kindness and the evolution of self-confidence + joy through playing with flowers. Exploring flowers and what they bring to our lives never felt (or looked + smelled) so good!

Floral Design Workshop

Relax and recharge in the New Year with this hands-on floral workshop where you can let your soul blossom. 
This workshop includes everything you need to create your own beautiful floral arrangement: fresh flowers, a vessel, tools, and detailed instructions by Sharla. 
Together we create an artful floral arrangement to build your self-confidence and learn helpful hints for future independent floral design.

Hello Friends! Taking a moment to share a little about the lady behind The School of Bloom and my dreams for this new year in a new space. I’m Sharla of @sharlaflockdesigns + @bloomtuesday in San Francisco. I’ve got a whole lotta love for flowers and sharing that love with others. I’ve been playing with flowers professionally for over 30 years and am really excited about teaching you how to fall in love with flower play as well. My goal this year is to host a summer camp for teens to teach real life skills they can take to get a job in the flower community, to host a workshop focused on Bouquets to Art in March, and so many more soul-feeding experiences. If you haven’t already, we have some spots available in our workshop next Saturday the 24th. We’d love to have you join us. Link in bio to sign up.
